Paz De Pescadero aka "Paz" sits on nearly an acre of land just off El Pescadero Beach. Paz is a retreat from the world with sweeping views of the mountains to the sea, offering serenity and comfort with two self contained master suites, each with ocean view and a kitchenette. The king bed in the Surf Suite can also be converted in to two twin beds should you prefer. There is a full kitchen downstairs, as well as a rooftop lounge with 360 degree views. The sliding glass pocket doors provide true indoor outdoor living from the living room and kitchen. The property offers a multitude of fruit trees and swaying palms as well as a heated pool, poolside BBQ, a beach volleyball court, horseshoes, riverside style bocce ball, a firepit and multiple places to curl up with a good book. Paz has a premier water filtration system providing safe drinking water and wifi is throughout. We prefer to rent Paz by the week, but if you're in a hurry there is a four night minimum stay, and no pets are allowed.
For those who want to eat out, there are multiple excellent restaurants within a 3-10 minute drive. Good surf is also found within 5-10 minutes of Paz. It is truly your home away from home, perhaps better! You decide.

Summary: The Paz exceeded our expectations, the house is right off the beach, an easy walk in the mornings to see the whales or catch a sunset. The house is off the beaten path so it was quiet, minimal traffic and felt very safe and secure. The house was appropriately appointed for all your cooking needs down to the beach towels for the beach. Don't miss the upper deck, we enjoyed several sunsets there over appetizers and wine listening to the waves crash. The property is amazing between the pool and the fresh fruit trees around the house. We picked a fresh pomegranate and lime for our smoothie one morning, amazingly fresh. Cynthia was awesome she met us at the house on arrival, showed us all the ins and outs of the place and responded quickly anytime we had questions on the area for dinner, groceries or activities. We will be back, just staying longer next time.
