Relax in our refurbished 2-bed flat for up to 4 guests, located close to The River Thames and with a great local walkway to popular Greenwich. Only a 10 min walk to Deptford High Street, voted one of the 'coolest streets in London'- Here you can find quirky bars, cafes, shops and various markets throughout the week. The Deptford train station is one stop away from London Bridge, where you have a vast network of tubes, trains and buses connecting to you to all other parts of London and beyond.
The space
Welcome to my home! This second floor, refurbished flat is in a perfect location to visit London! Super comfortable king-size beds will provide a great night's sleep, and a top-of-the-line espresso machine will have you ready to start your day.
The stylish kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a hob, microwave/oven, fridge and more. With essentials to make a gourmet cooked meal available which you can enjoy in the adjoining dining room area, which has seating for 4.
The light and airy living room area with Cinematic 77'' TV with free Netflix Guest Account, a spacious comfy sofa with cushions and cosy blankets- is the perfect space to unwind in after a long day.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 spacious and comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.
If keeping fit is important, you will have a stationary bike, yoga mats and some weights to get your heart pumping, as well as a cold press juicer, a blender, and an orange squeezer to enjoy.
The apartment is professionally cleaned and the freshly laundered hotel-quality linen and towel supplies are replaced between stays. Each guest will receive a hand towel and shower towel to use for the stay.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are various convenience stores locally. You will find a Londis convenience store at 317-319 Evelyn St, London SE8 5RA a 5 min walk / 0.2-mile journey from the apartment. There is also a Tesco express at 20-22 Deptford Hight Street which is a 15min walk away.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, apart from the office on the first floor, which will be locked.
Other things to note
Parking in front of the apartment is for PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY! BIG DISPLAY SIGNS EVERYWHERE WITH WARNINGS OF £100.00 PENALTY CHARGE.
Please note that the apartment is on the second floor of a duplex apartment block and is over two floors with a staircase. Unfortunately, there is no lift available.
There are two locks on the front door, a deadbolt key and an auto shut Yale lock. Please ALWAYS lock the deadbolt lock as well when leaving the property.
Also please note that we charge £50 for a call out if locked out and £100 for lost keys (Fob/security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
Unfortunately, we do not accept any post to be delivered to the property, If you do so, please note we are not responsible for post collection or any lost post.

Please note -Check-in time is strictly after 3pm and check-out time is strictly before 11am.
This is our home and is within a quiet residential close. Please kindly respect our home. We also ask you to please be kind and respectful to our neighbours.
To work the dishwasher please open the door by pulling down the handle. You will then be able to lift and move the bottom loading tray by pulling up and holding the grey handle on the front middle of the loading tray- please follow the guidance arrow which should hopefully show you where to grip. The bottom tray can then be adjusted and pulled forward or lifted up or down for easier loading.
No loud noise after 10pm please and strictly no parties or events!
Smoking/vaping is only allowed outside on the balcony please.
Indoor shoes/slippers only please. Please use the table mats, coasters and heatproof mats to protect our furniture and worksurfaces.
Please water our indoor plants is you see they are dry.
Please note - As this is our home, there will be some of our belongings around the house during your stay including some of our cat equipment. There will still be plenty of storage space within the bedroom wardrobes for guest items.
Parking in front of the apartment is for PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY! There are notices with WARNINGS OF £100.00 PENALTY CHARGE. Please instead park on nearby Rolt Street. Spaces are on first come first served basis.
When leaving the property please make sure you close all windows and lock both the balcony door and the front door deadlock lock. Please note there is a £50 call out charge if you lock yourself out and a £100 charge for lost keys due to required lock replacement, so please be careful with the keys :)
