Comfortable apartment on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre. The apartment is situated in a great location, with great transport links into and around the City Centre. A short drive to the City Centre, guests can see all that Birmingham has to offer from this colorful and spacious property with Free off-road parking.
The space
Our homely 2 bedroom apartment located outside the Birmingham low emissions zone whilst only a short drive from the city centre. There are fantastic transport links from the area into the city centre.
The open plan living and dining area is a spacious and homely place to relax after a long day. A large Smart TV in the living are will support streaming services such as Netflix so you can log in and enjoy! The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of work top space for you to cook a meal in your home from home.
There is free off road parking for the apartment located behind the building.

Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
ENERGY USAGE - Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
