- The sofa that can accommodate an extra person if you wish to use this please note that there will be an extra linen charge of £25, please request before hand.

- Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours. We have CCTV at the front and back of the house.
- Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.

- There is parking available for 1 car on the driveway, please request this before hand. IMPORTANT' there has been a new regulation on the street that the street is a pedestrian zone with no vehicles allowed between 8:15 - 9:15 am and 2:45 and 3:45pm'
- My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
