Very comfortable, spacious and a large lounge with an open plan kitchen. The flat is centrally located by the Maidstone West train station - just a 1-minute walk. You can explore many restaurants, bars, and Oden cinema by walking. The property is close to Medway River, where you enjoy walking along the river bank. Maidstone High Street has fabulous eateries, coffee shops and many more.

A modern, luxurious, and spacious 2-bed property is located in the heart of Maidstone town, within one-minute walking distance from the Maidstone West train station. This property is in a perfect location as it is in the town yet very nicer and quiet inside the property, offering a perfect staycation for family, holidaymakers, and corporate clients. The property offers all the modern facilities, such as a TV, superfast Wi-Fi, comfortable rooms, an office area, and a well- maintained beautiful garden with garden furniture. Not to mention a beautifully decorated living area with a picturesque view, where our guests can have a well-deserved relaxing time during their stay.
Ground Floor
The ground floor consists of a large lounge with comfortable settees, an office area, a traditional wood-burning fireplace, a large open-plan kitchen, and a book cabinet, where you can relax and spend time with your family and friends. This is truly a huge space for a two-bed property. It then
leads to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy summer days, making the most of garden furniture and outdoor cooking facilities.
First Floor
A staircase from the ground floor leads to the bathrooms and bedrooms. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are decorated in a neutral colour. Both bedrooms have a soundproof design and therefore you can have the quietest place to sleep. In addition, all the bedding and linings are
professionally cleaned to give our customers the best sleeping experience. Each bedroom has king-size beds, with plenty of utility rooms and storage facilities.
Outside
The location is in a very quiet neighbourhood, although it is within 1 min walking distance from the Maidstone West train station. A gymnasium, swimming pool, restaurants, and cinema are within one minute’s walking distance. Not to mention that there are nice café and bars along the Maidstone River which are also within 1 min walking distance, where you can also have the opportunity to do a short river cruise on Maidstone River.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house as we want you to feel at home, and nobody will interfere with you whilst you are on the property unless you request for extra cleaning during your stay.

Parking
The property has an off-road parking facility, as well as three main carparks within 30 second, walk from the property. The overnight charge for parking is around 5-6 pounds if you choose to use the pay-and-park option.
Check-In / Check Out
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Travel Cot & Highchair
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure to message beforehand so that we can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. Highchair requests cannot be met at this moment.
