The space
Welcome to our beautifully decorated 2-bedroom terrace house, a perfect haven for families exploring the historic city of York. Recently revamped, our home is infused with charm and character that will make your stay both memorable and comfortable.
GROUND FLOOR
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-plan living and dining area, where you can unwind and reconnect after a day of adventures. The space is designed to feel both homely and inviting, featuring cozy seating and a warm ambiance that encourages relaxation and family time.
The living area is large and open plan so you can enjoy lots of natural light during your family meals. Comprising a large leather sofa and two stylish armchairs, there is plenty of seating for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day of exploring the city.
Toward the rear of the home, you'll see and fully equipped with a 5 burner gas cooked and twin oven. You can also make use of the kettle, toaster, dishwasher and all the kitchen utensils to make your stay as homely as possible.
The bottom floor W/C is located just off the hallway at the back of the kitchen and is perfect for anyone that has difficulty climbing stairs.
FIRST FLOOR
The main double bedroom is a serene retreat, complete with a luxurious ensuite bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bath, ideal for soaking away the excitement of the day.
The front bedroom is delightfully arranged with two single beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.
Our home is tailored for family fun; it boasts a collection of board games that promise endless entertainment for all ages. Whether it's a competitive game of Monopoly or a strategic round of Chess, laughter and joy are guaranteed.
Situated in a friendly neighborhood, you'll find yourself within easy reach of York’s historical sites, quaint shops, and delightful eateries, making it the perfect base for your explorations.
There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which we are sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days.
Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

KEYS
The keys are kept within a key safe and the code will be provided 24 hours before check in. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
