All of the standard clichés just work for this walk to town cottage...cute, quaint, cozy, convenient, and so much more. So close to town but feels so secluded. Relax on the covered front porch swing or around the outdoor fire pit during the cool Highlands nights. Guests can even roll out the outdoor dining table to sit under the carport and have a summer BBQ. Inside, a stocked kitchen has a pass through window to indoor dining, and the spacious living room has plenty of seating to gather around the large stone fireplace and enjoy the game on the large Smart TV.
The master bedroom has a King sized bed and an additional 2 Twin beds. The guest bedroom has two Queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. Experience all Highlands has to offer, with its unique shops and world class dining only steps away from this cozy mountain home!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
