This 2800 square foot townhome features all the amenities of home. It offers your private walk around balcony where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets no other complex has to offer. And I DO mean no other.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted with you own personal parking spot. As you enter your doorway to paradise you will see the most beautiful panoramic, main channel view of the lake.
As you can see from the photo's, this home is elegantly appointed throughout with a stunning full lake view. The kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need with a service for 12. The dining room offers seating for four with an additional four at the bar. But if you just can't get enough of that view, there's plenty of room to accommodate everyone on both balconies.
The Master Bedroom boasts another beautiful view with a full glass walk-out to the balcony, king-size bed, T.V. and your very own private master bathroom with his and her vanities. Other luxuries include, oversized shower, Jacuzzi tub and VERY LARGE walk-in closet. The two Guest Bedrooms offer queen-size beds and your own personal TV. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
The lower lever offers a family room with stunning views, just as you see upstairs. Located just off of the family room is another balcony with cozy sitting and splendid sunsets. And that's not all, another luxurious Master Bedroom. This bedroom offers the same full glass walk-out to your private bacony. And.......Well, let's not spoil it.
