Situated on 4532 Oakbrook CT in Kissimmee, FL. this villa offers the peace and tranquility of this very quiet neighborhood. During your stay you are situated on a no through way street ending on a cul-de-sac adjacent to a small lake yet only minutes from major attractions. Our fantastic villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (2 master sweets) , 1 king sweet with garden tub and separate walk in shower, 1 queen sweet, and 2 additional bedrooms each with twin beds adjacent to the 3rd bathroom. Additionally there are 2 twin cots suitable for children or small adults. Full kitchen with all the amenities including coffee pot, toaster, large crock pot. Breakfast nook seats 4 and dinner dining seats 6 in the dining room. Full size washer and dryer onsite. Large family gathering area offers a view of the covered lanai and screened in private pool. This family room offers ample seating and a large flat screen television. Relax and enjoy some time at the pool and catch those afternoon rays while you nap or read the latest best seller. Feel secure with the 24 hour monitoring via the in home ADT security system. Central heating and air conditioning for your year round comfort. Cable and wireless internet with a total of 4 flat screen televisions. All linens and towels provided including beach towels for pool use. We apologize for not allowing pets to stay in the villa as well as smoking is permitted outdoors only. Other amenities within Indian Point sub-division available to you during your stay include a community pool, tennis and basketball courts, soccer field and a children's playground. * Indian Point development is located off of route 192 ( Charles Bronson highway) and North Bass Rd. 1/2 mile behind the Walmart.
