This sleek, modern home has 3 spacious bedrooms with queen beds, 1 1/2 baths, living area and game room for your pleasure. It has been fully furnished to give you the best Airbnb experience during your stay. Also room to entertain or just enjoy a morning coffee outside with a covered patio and seating area.
A keyless entry makes late arrivals a breeze! The entire humble abode is yours when you book with us as there is no shared rooms, so you can enjoy your chic stay with no interruptions.

We are just 3.4 miles from Downtown Lincoln where Pinnacle Bank Arena and Memorial Stadium are located as well.
PARKING:
There is a 2 car driveway available to park, garage is not for guest use at this time. There is also free street parking out front.
GETTING AROUND:
With traffic being mild, Lincoln is a very driver- friendly town. No car? No worries! Ride share apps such as Uber and Lyft are available around town.
Typically early check ins and late check outs cannot be accommodated in order to provide a proper cleaning.
If, by chance, it can be arranged. You will be charged $25/hour and will be charged one hour minimum regardless of time. There will be no exceptions to fees and fees will not be waved.
We do have outdoor motion censored cameras that record any time motion is detected. They are on 24/7
- No smoking in the house! If you need to smoke, kindly step outside and close the door.
- We have a very strict NO PARTY/EVENT policy. Under no circumstances will they be allowed. Guests will be asked to leave with no refund and will be charged an additional cleaning fee that is non-negotiable.
- Pets are allowed under certain guidelines:
1. Pay a non refundable $50 pet fee
2. House trained with no accidents
3. No chewing or destructive habits
4. No getting on furniture or sleeping in beds
5. Clean up waste in yard
6. Kenneled if left alone
7. Agree to pay any damages if they occur
8. If excessive pet hair is found on furniture you will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee
