Each condo building has a sidewalk that leads directly from the building to the pool. From here, you’re just a short walk from San Felipe’s gorgeous beaches and short drive from the vibrant city center. This condo is located on the second floor and faces the pool. It has a single bedroom and bathroom, a gourmet kitchen, and a spacious living area.
When you enter the condo you’ll be in the main living room. This bright and open space is complete with beautifully tiled floors, leather furniture, and locally inspired artwork. This mostly white space has two additional chairs to accommodate extra guests. Guests can sit back and get comfortable in this modern space.
Directly off of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. This modern space features custom cabinets, plenty of storage space to keep your groceries organized, and a large sink that makes cleaning up after a meal a breeze. The eat-in kitchen features a classic dining room table and seating for four. Enjoy a meal here together or use it as a laptop-friendly workstation. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, bakeware, and kitchen gadgets so you can cook as you do at home.
