Located on the Truckee River with Truckee River views this lovely, updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is situated across from Tahoe's River Ranch restaurant and bar and just minutes from Palisades Tahoe ski lifts in both Alpine Meadows and Olympic Valley. And Tahoe City is just five-minutes away by car. This river view condo has an unbeatable location for year-round use.
Entering the condo, you find a landing and the main bedroom and bathroom. The landing has a nice wood bench that greets you; great for getting your shoes off or dropping all that you are carrying after your big day out in Tahoe.
The kitchen, dining area and living room are down a few stairs to an open living area with a view. Here, you’ll also find the fireplace (woodburning), large flat-screen TV and the deck overlooking the Truckee River. The kitchen has what you need to cook a homemade meal or to make coffee and tea, and the refrigerator has an ice and water dispenser for your convivence. The dining area seats four and sits adjacent to the breakfast bar that seats four too. The stacked washer/dryer is located on this floor as well. The condominium has a King bed in the master bedroom and a TV with an Amazon fire stick. The condo has high-speed WiFi, and access to the HOA amenities including pool, hot tub and tennis courts.
There is so much to do from this great location. Situated on the Truckee River, with miles of bike paths and hiking trails just steps from your front door, you'll also be delighted to find the Alpine Meadows Equestrian Center close by. Step out onto the balcony with river views in the morning, hop over to The River Ranch, or Crest Cafe for a hot coffee to start your day or brunch on the deck. Since the Truckee River Condo is located on the valley floor you can easily pedal into Tahoe City, even down the West Shore for miles of exploring!
*We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, and dish soap. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Please plan on bringing or purchasing extra supplies for extended stays.

*Firewood is not provided. You can purchase Duralogs or firewood at the 7/11 on Olympic Valley Road or most grocery stores in town.

A Few of the Main Points:
1. QUIET HOURS: (9PM – 8AM) No sound from a short-term rental should be audible from the parcel line and amplified sound (such as speakers) shall not be used outside at any time.
2. FIRE: Due to extreme wildfire danger all outdoor wood or charcoal burning is prohibited, including open wood burn pits, bonfires, campfires, and charcoal grills. Do not bring personnel grills or portable fireplaces. When a National Weather Service Red Flag Warning is in effect for the geographical area where the short-term rental is located, all sources of outdoor open flame (including gas/propane/pellet BBQs) are prohibited.
3. TRASH: Please keep our bears safe by properly storing and disposing of trash. Do not leave food unattended in your cars our outside for any reason. Trash should be disposed of in bear-proof trash receptacles. (Bear bins and dumpsters)
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles: There are no assigned parking spots or parking passes. Parking is first come, first serve and could be limited especially in the winter months.
