Stepping into Ombai is like entering an Indonesian oasis. All 120 square meters of this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home are experiential and its surroundings are no exception. Ombai rests in the heart of Madrid’s Castellana neighborhood. Castellana is a haven for museums and art which is skillfully represented within the Ombai home.
Once inside guests are presented two hallways and the first bathroom, looking straight on. The detached bathroom offers recess lighting, amber-tinted accessories, and an inviting shower/tub combination.
A turn to the left leads to the modern, yet classic kitchen space. For functionality, the kitchen offers up-to-date appliances and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Culinary meets comfort as this space also lends itself to a cozy breakfast nook fit for two.
Ombai knows open-concept, as exemplified by its dining and living space combination. The dining set on the left of the room suits a four-person dining experience. The living area is equally suited for entertaining with ample seating and artistic conversation pieces that channel Ombai’s archipelagic inspo. The second ensuite bedroom, at the end of the hall, concludes the home with awe.
