Positive: Everything you want & everything you need for the perfect stay. Clean ,tidy ,comfy bed, tvs, fully equipped kitchen, lovely quiet picturesque area ,close to Beverley & the coast,nothing to dislike,,2 tiny points no light on patio at back & drain round the back needs cleaning , but as a whole (spot on for old spot cottage) many thanks,
