For the ground level, enter into a recreation room with an air hockey table, minifridge, and a TV with DVD player. Outside, through sliding glass doors, is the pool area, patio, hot tub and outside shower. There is also a gas grill for charring some of your favorite foods.
The top floor features an open great room with a TV and gas fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with bar seating and an accommodating dining table. Just off the great room is a half bathroom and outside you'll enjoy sunning on the comfortably equipped decks.
To round out your essentials, your home comes equipped with free WiFi in case you need to plug in, as well as central air-conditioning to keep cool. A private washer/dryer is also available to refresh for the next day's activities. Additional perks include beach chairs and a Pack 'n Play for younger guests.
THINGS TO KNOW
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Fireplaces are available November 1st through April 1st
The hot tub is not available November 1 - Mid March.
