This corner unit on the sunny side has floor to ceiling glass walls and a large balcony for beautiful oceanfront and city views. There is plenty of fun outdoors or you can just spend leisurely days watching waves, sun rise or sun set from the bedrooms or watching the waves
The condo is few mins away from the newly built 2nd Ave pier and restaurant, water sports rentals, splash waterpark and Family Kingdom Park. Reservation also includes free parking in the easily accessible resort parking lot.
Must be 21 to check in. There is absolutely no smoking (tobacco or weed) allowed on the property and any guest breaking the rules will be fined by the resort and evicted if it continues after the warning/penalty.
