A BREATHTAKING VIEW awaits you in our furnished ocean front condo unit at Chrissans Beach Resort in Tower Isles, Ocho Rios, Jamaica. We are approximately a 15 min drive from downtown Ochi. Our paradise vacation home has 3 bedrooms each with private bathrooms, sleeps a max of 12 people. Base price set for 2 guests, additional $25 per person per day up to 12 guests .
The condo/apt is privately rented to you (there will be no sharing with other guests outside of your group). The number of bedrooms allocated based on number of guests:
2 guests - 1 bedroom
4 guests - 2 bedrooms
6-12guests - 3 bedrooms

ABOUT THE PLACE
The entire apartment privately rented to you - from 1 to 3 bedrooms based on the number of guests.
My wife and I welcome you to share our vacation home in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. From the moment you step into our place you feel like you are in a different world. It is uniquely decorated with contemporary furniture and decor to give you a feeling like home while experiencing a breathtaking Jamaican Vacation.
All bedrooms and the living room and balcony face the ocean / sea so wake up to a sunrise from sea in the morning lay in your bed and listen to the waves all night.
There is also a small private Cove where you can swim in or for a longer swim go out into the open waters. Most days the sea is very calm. The beach is ideal for snorkeling and for children to play with the water (RECOMMEND you bring water shoes).
There is a gazebo where you can relax and watch the amazing sunrise and sunsets.
Want to sunbath there is a large deck around the pool. The gardens are landscaped with many tropical flowers making it a little Caribbean paradise.
GUEST ACCESS
There is 24 hr security that will give you access any time. All day time arrivals will be met by the housekeeper who will help you get settled into the unit and answer any preliminary questions you have about the unit, complex and surrounding tourist areas and attraction.
INTERACTION
I will be available during your stay by cell phone or email. The house manager (Jodian) will be available to answer any immediate questions while on premises during the daytime.
Prior to arrival, I will be sending out a brief packet via email about what to expect during your vacation visit. Additionally, our housekeeper can help you find tours and help provide details about local tourist attractions that can make your stay adventurous and enjoyable to maximize the time that you are in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
You will have the entire unit sleeping a maximum occupancy of 12 people.

b) Climb the Dunns River Water Falls
c) Chukka Caribbean Adventure for horse back riding and outings
d) Mystic Mountain with excellent view of ocho rios and you can enjoy Rainforest Jamaican Bobsled, ZIP-Line, and Rainforest Adventure.

There are several craft markets and duty free shops in ocho rios. Island village in ocho rios has many shops and there you can find the famous Margaritaville Restaurant.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance from our place and more within 10 minutes driving. Here are a few recommendations (subject to change):

GETTING AROUND
We are only 4 miles from the town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
The closest airport to fly into is Montego Bay (MBJ) but Kingston (KIN) is an alternative airport that you can fly into depending on ticket prices.
Based on your preference, you can either:
a) Rent a rental car from either MBJ or KIN and drive yourself to the unit and surrounding areas (RECOMMENDED for max flexibility).
b) We can help arrange and recommend a private driver who can help pick you up from the airport and daily movements.
c) Arrange for your own private transportation to the premises.
d) Hop into a taxi right in front by the main road which are pretty cheap. The security guard and housekeeper can help give you guidance on how to get these.
