The top floor of the home provides ample room in the open and inviting living space. This living space offers a 65" smart TV with a sound system for family entertainment. The spacious kitchen provides plenty of countertop space and updated appliances, as well as access to the balconies for the sound or beach side. The kitchen is well stocked with a coffee bar for your morning energy as you watch the sunrise over the beach. There is a tea bar for you to enjoy as you relax in the evening sitting on the back deck watching the sunset.
