With breath taking ocean views and great open spaces enjoy the luxury of a beautiful Cape Cod open floor plan home where warmth and sunlight are abundant . It is within walking distance of the beach and 10 min. from LAX. Situated upon a quite street in the desirable Hill section, the home has TV’s throughout and panoramic doors that lead to the spacious pool area. This 4300 sq oasis is perfect for relaxing. There are Fireplaces in the Living Room and Master Suite, with a gorgeous fire-pit next to the pool. Upstairs the Master Suite is a sanctuary of calm and tranquility. The guest suite can sleep 2 ; the 2 downstairs bedrooms can sleep 4 and have 2 shared bathrooms. Upstairs the Kitchen has a large granite-top central island with bar stools and a oversized cozy Breakfast-nook area. There is also a ½ bath off the kitchen. The well appointed family room opens to the Kitchen area with a plasma TV and comfortable couches. The BBQ on the deck off the Kitchen overlooks the Pool area, with chaise lounges for sunbathing. The Pool area has an abundance of patio furniture for the perfect zen feel. The Laundry room has a Washer/Dryer/ironing board and complete linens. There are 3 parking spaces in the driveway and plenty of street parking along the wrap-around porch with a large grassy knoll.

Summary: I rented this house to throw a surprise bridal shower/bachelorette weekend for a close friend. 10 ladies in our early 30's met here on a Friday afternoon and had a fantastic weekend. The house is very spacious. There were beds for everyone and no one slept on a couch. There were enough bathrooms for 10 women to get ready at the same time (in particular the master bathroom is monstrous) without any incidents. We used the pool on Saturday and it was really nice, because despite being in the low 70's out, the pool was heated and we really enjoyed that. We had plenty of common space inside to have different bridal activities and games, and we especially liked that the kitchen was upstairs with the amazing ocean views. We put the house-wide stereo system to good use (we plugged in our iPhones directly), and didn't have any problems using the TV or wifi. Really, we were all thoroughly satisfied. I got feedback throughout the weekend that the house was a great choice and incredible find, and I know for certain that it was cleaned inside and out both directly before we arrived (I saw the pool man leaving) and as soon as we checked out (I had a nice chat with the cleaning lady). We would definitely rent again, especially at that price!
