The bright and airy downstairs family room is perfect for spreading out and enjoying time together. It seamlessly connects to the well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing ample space for everyone. The family room is equipped with a foosball table, a large TV with state-of-the-art surround sound, and cable, with WiFi available throughout. Bring your tablets and laptops to stay connected!
The spacious main suite on the top floor invites you to relax and unwind. Wake up to the sun rising over the Atlantic from the comfort of your king bed, or savor your morning coffee on the oversized private balcony adjacent to the primary suite. The main bathroom boasts a luxurious deep soaking tub, a separate shower, and plenty of space to indulge in relaxation.
The kids will love their large downstairs bedroom, which offers a private bath and plenty of room for fun. This expansive suite includes a queen bed, a twin over twin bunk bed with trundle, and a top-of-the-line roll-away bed, comfortably accommodating up to six children in this fabulous retreat.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Summary: Our family recently spent a week at Penthouse Paradise in Sandbridge, VA, and overall, it was a great experience. The beachfront location was fantastic, offering stunning ocean views just steps from the sand. The spacious condo smelled fresh upon arrival, with clean kitchen counters and bathrooms. The new couches were a great addition, and we loved their color. The mattresses were comfortable, and having cable TV was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the foosball table during our downtime. Vacasa’s guest service was impressive—they responded promptly to our calls and resolved issues quickly without ruining our vacation time. We had a couple of minor issues: building access cards, which were handled efficiently following Vacasa’s instructions, and a leak under the kitchen sink that maintenance fixed within a few hours. Overall, we would definitely recommend this rental to others and would happily stay here again.
