Summary: This was a great spot for us to be in! We loved to beautiful views and security entrance to get in. Made us feel safe and the pool was a big plus, almost always had sun. The running water does take a while to get hot (not warm), then it is hard to change from there as a heads up! The beach seats were of use to us and they were great. The property manager was very prompt in response time. Be aware that you are in a busy city, you will hear some street noise, but it was bearable. No tv in the living room was weird but truly fine since we were always on the balcony eating food/having a drink instead of being indoors. Shower could use an update as well. the kitchen does not have much counter space but there are utensils for about everything you need. This is a great place to stay If you are looking for a 5 min walk to the beach, private pool shared with the other people in the complex, and great views this is it. The bed is a queen and quite comfy.
