4 Bedroom House with Parking, View and Ocean View

This renovated Victorian is perfect for beach time w/friends & family. Sleeps 8. You are renting the 2nd & 3rd floors of a two family home- still feels very private like a one family. The first floor private apartment is for owner use or occasional rental. Second floor features separate Living Room, kitchen, full bathroom & large bedroom w/Queen bed. Third floor offers 3 more Bedrooms (one Queen & two with day beds that pull out to 2 singles or a full), full bathroom, with shower/tub, washer & dryer, laundry room & fantastic back deck. 4th BR also acts as den with TV (streaming & DVDs) plus Fridge. New Central AC & Split systems installed 2024.
There are 3 TVs in the house. DVD library, wifi etc.
4 Beach Badges Included with rental plus 2 umbrellas, beach chairs and beach cart.
This house has a fantastic backyard with Weber grills and a rooftop deck perfect for happy hour.
WHY THIS PROPERTY? . The house has been extensively renovated for modern living and still offers Victorian authenticity . We are 3 blocks to the beach (5 minutes-I have timed it) right near the new pier, snack shack and bathrooms.. We offer a beach cart, chairs and umbrellas. We are at the wider part of the street so you can double park to unload without blocking traffic. We are up enough from beach and north side to make parking a bit more available but still 5 minute walk to beach and Main Street. 10 minute walk into Asbury bars, restaurants etc. Also we are adjacent to block of St Pauls Church which has a whole entire street with no houses, which means better odds for parking.
UNIQUE BENEFITS:
We are on Webb Ave. You can go the beach directly on the left of the pier, which allows boogie boards and rafts (plus snack shack) or you can go the beach directly on the right for a "swimming only" beach. This way you don't have to walk blocks and blocks to get a beach experience you all want. Beach bathrooms and showers are all right here too.

Summary: We wanted a few days to hang out as a family before the kids went back to college. This home was lovely, the kitchen was well equipped and organized! We grilled two of the three nights we had access to the back yard, followed by an evening walk to Dave's Ice cream shop. Walking the neighborhoods of Ocean Grove is such a treat! The living space was great for Rumi cube or watching a movie. Every evening we went up to the back deck for our happy hour. My two adult children had plenty of room on the third floor. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were renovated and SPOTLESS!. It was a lovely walk to the beach each day with carts, chairs, umbrella and beach badges provided by Laura. We will definitely be back, thank Laura for your kindness and attentiveness. This place is awesome!
