Summary: We stayed at Nur Hotel Kaş and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We left our car in the hotel parking area and the next day discovered scratches on the bumper. The security camera footage showed another car parking directly in front of ours and opening its sliding doors very close to our vehicle. However, due to the poor camera angle and low visibility, it was impossible to prove the damage with certainty. The hotel staff immediately denied any responsibility and showed no willingness to help resolve the situation. In addition, the room cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. The bed sheets had an unpleasant smell, the bathroom sink and shower drain were clogged, causing the water to drain extremely slowly, and the bathroom itself had a terrible odor, most likely because of the drainage problem. Very disappointing experience overall, especially considering the lack of customer care and basic room maintenance.
