Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I'm fairly tech savvy for age 79, but the interface between host and Vacasa (which wouldn't connect on my iPhone when we arrived) and us, the customer, made accessing the lock box code a little trickier. Finally figured it out.

Negative: The host's 3-ring binder book inside needs updating to be more pertinent (such as check-out procedure being included - since Vacasa was not accessible during our stay for some reason even tho Wi-Fi was on and gave us no problem throughout our stay). We did call the contact person, Dakota, right before checking out to see if we were following proper procedure and he said "don't bother with online checkout, it's not important." Good to know!

Summary: Beautiful, peaceful setting in a modern but cabin-like home made this a cozy, woodsy retreat..
