Enjoy this up north Michigan home. Snow lovers paradise, close to miles of snowmobile trails. Located near the beautiful Jordan Valley. Off M66, 5 miles N of Mancelona, 8 miles W of Bellaire. Local amenities include: Short's Brewery, Shanty Creek, Boyne Mountain, Lake Bellaire, Jordan River, Jordan Valley, Torch Lake, Multiple golf courses, Hiking trails, Canoeing, Snow tubing

There is a battery operated pump but not sure if current batteries will fill both mattresses, you may want to bring your own pump or D batteries.
The TV upstairs is a smart TV but no cable or free TV. You can stream from your phone to TV or log into Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. TV in the basement is not yet functional.
Washer and dryer in basement, please bring your own detergent.
WiFi connection instructions in-house.
Cell coverage is poor, but you can turn on WiFi calling in your phone's settings, that way you can receive/make calls and texts.
Code lock on front door, we'll send you the code before your check-in.
There is a gas fireplace in the basement, we will send instructions for lighting before check-in.
This is our vacation home, there are unfinished projects (e.g. bedroom closets missing doors, hardwood floors need to be refinished, basement partially finished, etc.) we try to work on projects each time we make it up there. It is a work in progress, please be advised!
