Summary: Rooms are in significant need for renovations. The vinyl headboards are cracking and flakes are all over the bedding and floor. Had to be moved to another room because my initial room wasn’t appropriately serviced by housekeeping. Second room had no soap or other amenities. I had my other work colleagues change hotels before they checked in. Manager on duty had a horrible attitude and was upset I left a negative review “without the chance to remedy anything.” When you move me to another room, that’s feels like a pretty good opportunity to make things right.
