The VILLA has a magnificent bay view with a southern exposure and a large heated pool.
The VILLA is a 2 story 4000 s/f house with the master bedroom on the 1st floor which has access to the garden and has the view on the pool and bay. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
Built in 2002, the VILLA has all the amenities you expect from a luxury house. High ceiling living room, gourmet kitchen and a large covered terrace are what you need for the perfect vacation.
The VILLA has a dock which is perfect for sight seeing and getting on a kayak or a paddle board. You might also get lucky and spot a few dolphins!
