Guest go through the front door and enter inside the house number lock. Code will be provided before you arrive. We (the hosts) live on the other side of the house, but it is completely separated and there is no shared living space. We want to let you know that we have children on the property who may occasionally make some noise, but we will do our best to ensure that their noise levels are kept to a minimum and will not disrupt your stay.
There is free parking space for 4 cars.

Service animals are allowed in common areas. Not allowed on sofas and beds. Please make sure to pickup after your service animal. $200 cleaning fee will be charged if we find any animal waste.
Smoking (cigarettes and cigars) are allowed outside only. Smoking inside the house will result in fine.
No sand, shoe, messy or glittery items are allowed inside the house.
Any damage to the property and property's belongings will be subject to damage fee depending on type/amount of damage.
