3 Bedroom House with TV, Bedding and Wellness Facilities

This beautiful chalet is located in a quiet street of Cala Llombards. It is nevertheless centrally located to the small infrastructure of the resort and only 10 minutes walk from the beach. The house offers on 2 levels on approx. 160 square meters 6 to 7 persons (7 person baby) place and is divided as follows:
- 3 bedrooms: 2 upstairs (1 double bedroom and the 2nd bedroom). Bedroom with a nice bunk bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds around ground floor. All bedrooms have large wardrobes
- large kitchen with 4 gas cookers / electric oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, washing machine, etc.
- without dishwasher-
- 2 modern shower baths with generous shower and flat entrance,
- open and very comfortable living-dining area with SAT-TV, W-LAN, electric fireplace and wood-burning stove.
The house is fully equipped with bed linen, towels and beach towels. In the living area there is a climate converter. The large pool (about 4 x 8 m) and the terraces in the outdoor area invite you to linger. A covered terrace with a cozy dining area is adjacent to the pool terrace. At the pool there is a small covered shade, beach chairs and cozy chairs. There is a parking lot directly opposite the house.
For an enjoyable evening outdoors, there is an outside grill. In the colder season there is a climate converter in the living area and a wood stove available. This house is available for rent from April to mid November.
The house has an apartment on the ground floor with a completely separate entrance, which is used by the owners.
The described living space above and the pool area are intended only for the general use for the tenants.

Summary: If you want a quiet, peaceful location this villa is ideal. One hotel, one local bar and 2 small supermarkets but travelling distance to many other places. You can walk down to the beach in less than 10 minutes, it's a bit of a hike coming back up and wouldn't recommend walking there if you are not good on your feet. The beach itself has parking and is extremely busy after being referenced as a hidden gem. There's a bar, sunbeds with lockers and toilets. The villa is a good size for 4-6 people, clean, bright and very secure. There are lockable shutters on all the windows, entrance gate also locks. The rooms are bigger than the they seem in the photos. The smallest bedroom has bunk beds, a double wardrobe and direct access to both sun terraces and is plenty big enough for 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of equipment and storage. There are air conditioning units in the lounge area and the upstairs landing with fans in the bedrooms. We used the fans at night and had the windows open with the shutters locked so that the rooms were cooler. Not having air conditioning in the bedrooms wasn't a problem. Outdoors there's the front veranda with table and chairs, the pool area with sun loungers, table and chairs and additional larger chairs and a path area around the villa with BBQ, drying areas, outdoor water supplies etc in addition to the 2 first floor sun terraces both with furniture as well. There was also sun umbrellas, beach mats and beach toys and pool towels which is always a plus not having to bring your own. As someone else has said the owner and his family live underneath the villa, it has a separate entrance and you don't really know that they are there and very rarely see them. That said the owner was great, really helpful and sorted out anything we needed straight away. Booking process was also straight forward and the managing agents are really helpful from the start of the booking. Keeping in contact prior to arrival and then met us at the villa, checked that everything was ok and responded straight away to any queries we had once we were there. All in all a really lovely villa and a small quiet location and we hope to go back at some point.
