This first floor unit provides easy access to a well stocked, nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Village Lake community, situated within the Meadows Country Club. You can relax and enjoy lovely lake views and Florida breezes from the screened porch. The spacious master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo). The guest bedroom has its own bathroom and a pair of twin beds. A designated parking space is directly in front of the unit. Additional guest parking is plentiful and close by. A newer washer/dryer is within the unit.
The Meadows itself has many delightful trails and plenty of sidewalks to stroll along for walks in the great Florida weather while you take in views of lakes/ponds with all sorts of birds, all within an extended canopy of large oaks, palms and other lovely landscape features. If you want more activity, then you can try the Meadows' golf courses, fine tennis courts as well as the pickle ball courts. A fitness center and dining facilities are located within the Meadows with guest memberships available.
For stocking up and shopping, you are just minutes away from the University Town Center mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix, Fresh Market and a wide variety of restaurants for fine dining as well as fast food choices. A great location, close to both downtown Sarasota and I-75 and only a short drive to the exceptional white sugar sand of Siesta Beach and Lido Beach. Cultural amenities include the Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota Opera House, the Sarasota Ballet, lots of art galleries, Historic Spanish Point, Mote Marine and the world class Selby Gardens.
No smoking, no pets. A swimming pool for Village Lake residents/tenants only is nearby.

Monthly high season (Jan - April 2026) rate: $4250.
Off season May-December rate: $2350 per month.

Deposit amount will depend on lease time period; minimum security deposit is $750 for short term leases (30 days). Long term lease (6 months+; security deposit is $2000.
Jan-April 2025 HIGH SEASON lease includes all utilities and standard cable/internet/Wifi.
Long term leases (6 months or greater): landlord will pay for standard cable/internet/Wifi; utilities of water, electricity up to $150 p/month. If use exceeds $150, tenant can remit the excess to landlord who will provide copies of bills for verification.
An application fee of $150 is charged by the HOA for lease approval/criminal background check. Landlord can provide additional pictures; the VRBO app format would not accept some so couldn't include them in the listing.
