Beautifully renovated and spacious character home only 2 min drive to downtown Appleton and 30 min drive to Green Bay and Oshkosh! Upon entry you are welcomed by arched doorways and restored original hardwood floors. Old charm meets new in the recently updated kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. New memory foam mattresses and 43” Roku TVs in all bedrooms. 55" Roku TV in living area. Kitchen is fully stocked. Enjoy the coffee & tea bar! We are pet friendly!
Master Bedroom: located on the first floor off the entry way. Attached full bathroom with stand-up shower. Queen bed, 43" Samsung Smart TV. Dresser and closet for storage.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs. Queen bed, 43" Roku TV. Dresser and closet for storage. Additional towel hooks are available in bedroom.

Second full bathroom with stand-up shower is upstairs. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towels are available in both bathrooms along with hair dryers. All bedrooms include additional towel hooks as bathrooms have limited space for drying towels.
Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are stocked. The dining area has a large table that will accommodate 8 with chairs and 10 with barstools. A patio door leads to a large deck with table and chairs for outdoor eating.
Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee & tea bar! A Keurig and 12 cup coffee maker are available. We provide a starter pack of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.
Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. Laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked. An iron and ironing board are also available.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Downtown Appleton is only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute leisurely walk from the house. Uber and Lyft services are available. The driveway has space for 2 cars to be parked; please do not block the sidewalk while parking as policy will issue a ticket. Some parking may be available on the street. The garage is not available for use by guests. NOTE: overnight parking on the street in the winter is not permitted per city ordinance.
