Inspired by the era in which the house was built, this 19th century art deco style home encompasses the original pine flooring, black and white sleek furnishings, and an expansive deck with plenty of relaxing furniture for everyone to gather. Located in the heart of Fontana just 400 feet from the Abbey, this property is an ideal location for wedding parties or family vacations.
The Space:
The first- floor master is equipped with a queen size bed, a designated workspace, and an adjoining bathroom. Floor to ceiling mirrors in each bedroom are perfect for getting ready on the big day. Upstairs, there are two king size beds in each of the bedrooms, a vanity for the bride to get ready, and one full bathroom with a wall to wall, floor to ceiling mirror. The large window off the front bedroom has views of the Abbey Marina.
The Neighborhood and Amenities:
Located just one block from the Abbey, the location cannot be beat. The Reid Park and playground, Little Bar, the Coffee Mill, Chuck's and Gordy's are all just one to two blocks away. Blue Heaven Ice Cream is also just a short walk downtown. On the deck there is a grill, large dining table, a love seat, two swivel chairs, and a coffee table. During the summer months, we'll provide you with your beach passes, towels, and beach bag for Fontana beach. Kayaks and a paddle board are available upon request.
