A beautifully located three bedroom villa which has been completedly refurbished for summer 2016. Situated in the beautiful areaa of Macher on a 2000 metre plot the villa overlooks the ocean and has stunning views across to furteventura. The location is the perfect combination of a rural setting with close proximity to the bars restaurants and supermarkets of both Puerto Del Carmen and the lovely marina at Puerto Calero.
The property consists of a large exterior parking area leading onto the extensive land surrounding the villa. There is an electric gate to enter and exit.
Inside the villa has a light and airy feel with a mainly white colour scheme. The main living area is open plan and has an L-shaped sofa plus coffee table . The TV has access to a full selection of foreign language channels the majority of which are english speaking eg BBC /Sky Sports etc
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob and oven, large fridge / freezer as well as a dishwasher. From the kitchen one exits into the conservatory which is equipped with both a dining table and four wicker easy chairs around a coffee table. The conservatory has magnificent sea views and has sliding doors leading out into the large garden.
The new bathroom was installed in June 2016 and consists of a walk-in shower plus WC and bidet.
The master bedroom has a new double bed / mattress.
The second bedroom also has a double bed .
The third bedroom has a single bed.
The property owner lives in another property on the same plot but the area are totally divided ensuring total privacy.
Feedback from our guests so far suggests that this is a great place to unwind and take it easy. The surroundings are very quiet and extremely beautiful. Sunsets from the terrace are a must. Given that both shops and restaurants etc are a short drive away we strongly recommend hiring a car for the duration of your stay. Please let us know if you would like us to recommend a provider.
