Condo Layout:
1st Floor- 1 King Bedroom, w/ private full-bathroom, and river-view deck access. 1 Queen Bedroom, w/ private bathroom with shower, and river-view deck access. (Bedrooms share deck access on this level.) Washing machine & dryer in hallway.
2nd Floor- Main Level- Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room (w/ seating at the table for 6 and 2-3 on stools at the breakfast counter), King Bedroom, deck w/ river-views (accessed from Living Room and Bedroom) and a Full bathroom.
3rd Floor- Lofted space w/ a Double bed, and a Twin bed.
River Ranch restaurant is located directly across from the condo, and Crest Cafe is right across the street. The bike path alongside the river with access to Tahoe City or Olympic Village is only steps away. Rafting, biking, hiking, swimming in the summer... and skiing/snowboarding in the winter, with AMAZING RIVER VIEWS ALL YEAR LONG!
HOA Amenities- tennis courts, outdoor spa, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool that's rarely crowded (pool is available during summer months only.)
High speed WIFI- and Smart TV. No cable, but YouTube TV, Apple TV & Netflix are available.

Please note: NO PETS or BBQ GRILL (sorry- HOA Rules) and NO SMOKING. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time. We are located in a nice complex with low tolerance for disrespectful noise levels - loud music/parties will NOT be tolerated. 2-3 vehicles max. This condo does not have A/C, and the fireplace is not available for guest use.
During your stay:
We are reachable via phone call and email during normal business hours 9am-5pm. We are also available for *true rental emergencies* after hours.
