Summary: We had extended family (my husband and I, grandma, and our adult kids) for graduation at USC. It was less than half an hour from campus, and there was plenty of room, including a first-floor bedroom and a full bath for grandma (two bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the second; one bathroom on the first floor and two on the second). Everything looked new and the finishes were very tasteful. The showers were tiled to the ceiling, quartz countertops in the kitchen, in-house laundry equipment, and all the basics for cooking. We used all of it. It is very modern and a bit spare, but just what you need when you have a big crew. The house echoes a lot, and you can hear everything in every room, so it's a bit loud inside. You can also hear the noise from the street. If you need 100% privacy or you need to sleep in the daytime, it may not be great. However, for us, the upsides outweigh that. There were good views from the upstairs windows. The owner was delightful, kind, and accessible. I thank him and his wife for an incredible stay!
