Summary: The rooms were standard, but spotless and plenty big enough for what we needed. Bed linen changed daily. Staff were brilliant. Polite, accommodating, but unobtrusive! Breakfast and dinner were reasonably priced, with plenty choice for both. Great coffee! There was a nice little snug bar area as well, but we didn't manage to try it out this time! Newburgh seal beach was very close by, so this place was a winner for many reasons As with many smaller inns, could do with some updating, but it's very much off season, and was clean, tidy and perfect for our needs for our two night stay.
