This recently remodeled home boasts high-end amenities, including new HVAC (2020), indoor and outdoor gas-assisted wood-burning fireplaces, and four TVs with cable/DVR/DVD, including one by the hot tub and outdoor kitchen.
Outdoors, you'll find a six-person Hot Springs spa, a gas grill, fireplace with comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a charming water feature.
The primary bedroom features a plush latex bed with adjustable settings for a restful night's sleep. Two additional bedrooms have a King bed and a comfortable double bed. The living room serves as a fourth bedroom with a Queen-sized aerobed and a Queen-sized memory foam mattress sofabed, separated by curtains from the rest of the home. There's also a family room with a plush sofa, an Aerobed, and a twin sleeper sofabed for overflow guests.

For more options, explore Healdsburg in Sonoma County, known for its top-notch restaurants, shops, and wineries. The town's picturesque downtown area is dotted with local stores, restaurants, and tasting rooms, while the nearby Russian River offers outdoor activities like canoeing and kayaking.

Guests can enjoy the entire home, with the exception of the master bedroom closet and a single kitchen cabinet.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood, one of the newer additions to Santa Rosa, offers a serene environment with beautiful open spaces behind our home and friendly neighbors. It's important to note that we're not located in downtown Santa Rosa, and while there are shopping options about a mile away, walking to amenities is not feasible.
However, the upside is the exceptional tranquility. We kindly request adherence to city codes and our community bylaws, especially observing quiet hours after 9 PM, including refraining from loud voices outdoors.
Our advantageous location places us between Sebastopol and the renowned Sonoma County wine country. Sebastopol's delightful downtown is a mere 15-minute drive, Healdsburg is just 20 minutes away, and Sonoma Town Square can be reached in approximately 30-40 minutes.
A car is essential for exploring the area, and you'll find ample parking available in the driveway.
Getting Around:
Ample street parking and an extensive private driveway are at your disposal, and we kindly encourage you to use the driveway to ensure our neighbors have access to street parking. Additionally, public transportation is available, and Sonoma County offers various charter limo and van services, along with the convenience of Uber and Lyft.

We're just a short ten-minute drive from the world-class wineries and luxurious spas of Sonoma. Our central location places us approximately 20 minutes away from renowned wine regions like Napa Valley, Russian River Valley, Alexander Valley, and Dry Creek Valley. Dining options in downtown Santa Rosa are a convenient ten-minute drive (or Uber) away, while the charming towns of Healdsburg and Sonoma are within a 25-minute drive. Enjoy the picturesque beauty of Bodega Bay on the Sonoma Coast, just 40 minutes away. For outdoor enthusiasts, Annadel State Park and Spring Lake offer excellent hiking, biking, and picnic opportunities.
In summary, you can't get much closer to Wine Country than our location. We're also just 40 minutes from Guerneville in the Russian River resort area and an hour from vibrant San Francisco.
