The Property:
Get ready to kick back and enjoy the best of Steamboat Springs in this spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom end unit townhome. With multiple levels, three cozy living areas, and two decks with breathtaking views, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and rooms large enough for everyone to spend time together. After a day on the slopes or trails, soak in your private hot tub, detoxify in the sauna, or gather around the outdoor firepit under the stars. Fire up the BBQ grill, enjoy dinner on the deck, and breathe in that crisp mountain air with beautiful sunset views. – 4WD vehicle information: The roads to this property are well maintained. However, please note that your route to the area may include a mountain pass. The roads in Steamboat which lead to and from this property are generally easy to navigate and well maintained. When traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended.
