Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment with a private entrance. The building features a 3-bedroom apartment on the second level, which has its own entrance.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the area known as Providenciales, you'll enjoy close proximity to the beach and all the vibrant activities this popular area has to offer. You’ll be within minutes of the best beaches - The Shore Club Beach, Grace Bay Beach, and Long Bay Beach. A leisurely stroll will take you to a variety of great dining options. For those who love nightlife, numerous venues await where you can dance the night away. Additionally, you'll have easy access to restaurants, beaches, tour operators, and various parts of the island. If water sports are your passion, you'll find a diverse range of activities, including snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, freediving, fishing, kiteboarding, sailing, wakeboarding, and more, all nearby!
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 6 km or 4 miles from the Providenciales International Airport. A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space at the property.
Other Things to Note:
Construction will take place from Monday to Saturday approximately from 8am to 5pm although these hours may vary.
There is no outdoor space or outdoor furniture that comes with this apartment.
Access to the pool is not a part of the booking - you only have access to the pool if you are renting the 2nd floor of the building, which consists of a 3-bedroom apartment.
There is no daily house cleaning. For stays of 7 nights or longer, there is a complimentary mid-stay clean.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $800 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- Access to the pool is not a part of the booking
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please provide your flight number, arrival, and departure times immediately after booking, or as soon as these details are available, to help us prepare for your visit.
Interaction with Guests:
Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior. Upon arrival at the villa, the local management team will greet you, show you around the property, and provide you with wonderful local tips and suggestions to get your vacation off to a fantastic start.
