A new and elegant apartment with sea view, close to the main beach and the center of Saronida, on the Athens Riviera.Perfect to enjoy Athens and beyond, being near famous locations such as Sounio, Poseidon temple, and Lavrion. Our flat is fully furnished and equipped (f.i. WI-FI, A/C, washing machine, dishwasher), has 2-bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, a lovely living room, balcony, and garden. It accommodates up to 5 people: a perfect solution for families with kids, friends and business traveler. All needed shops and services at seconds of walking distance

There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a big closet, and its own A/C. From this room, you also can access the backyard and the garden. The second bedroom is perfect for 2 kids or friends having 2 comfortable single beds, a big closet and, as well, its own A/C. Also from this room, you can access the backyard and the garden. Bed linens and duvets are provided.

The bathroom, with a big window which provides plenty of natural light, has a bathtub usable also as a shower cabin, sink, toilet, small closet. Here you will also find the washing machine. Amenities such as soap and toilet paper and towels are provided.
• Kitchen and living room
The kitchen is an open space connected with the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized. In the kitchen, you will find appliances such as kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave besides of course the oven, electric kitchen and fridge and the basics such as oil, salt/pepper, sugar, coffee, tea so that you will be able to prepare your own meals. The kitchen has plenty of natural light and a door gives you have also direct access to the garden.
Next, to the kitchen, there is a table with 4 chairs. Next, to it, you are in the cozy and lovely furnished living room. A big comfortable sofa (when needed can be a bed for the 5th person) to relax watching a movie on the big flat screen tv or just enjoying the fireplace (in cold winter days). From here you access the big balcony.

The big balcony is during the warm months an extension of the living room. Here you will have your meals under the soul restoring warm summer Greek sun, accompanied by the beautiful view towards the sea and the green of the neighborhood. The flat also has a nice stone tiled yard and a green garden at your disposal.

Saronida is one of the most lively centers of the gorgeous Athens Riviera. Plenty of beaches (organized or free), restaurants, cafès, shops and famous locations such as Palaia Fokaia, Lavrion, Cape Sounio. And also the proximity to Athens, just 40 min by car or approx. 1 hour with the public bus! Also, all shops, stores, services are at seconds of walking distance from home!
