Charming exotic villa in a green setting. Without opposite, fenced and quiet.
Facing south, rocked by the song of the cicadas, on 1500 m2 planted with pine, olive and cypress trees.
Many popular outdoor activities nearby: canoeing down the Hérault, river swimming, tree climbing, hiking, climbing, and famous for its bike and mountain bike rides, horseback riding, the Pic Saint Loup, visits to caves, Montpellier and the beaches 30 minutes away.
All amenities at 3 min drive, and large supermarket at 15min.

GROUND FLOOR :
-Large living room with dining room of 40m2
-Separate TV room with sofa and armchair
-Separate and fully equipped kitchen,
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilets
- Two bedrooms with very good bedding and storage. Bed of 160*200m and pull-out bed 2*90*200m (room for children or adults)
FLOOR:
- Two rooms with very good bedding and storage. Beds 160*200m and 140*190m
- Italian bathroom with toilet
OUTSIDE:
-Large terrace of 100m2 full foot arranged: living room and outside tables,
- Wifi access to the terrace.
- Large electrolysis swimming pool ( 5*11m) and alarm (security fence with supplement)
-Outside shower with hot and cold water with wooden screen if necessary
-Second sheltered terrace in front of the villa
- Large garden with trees at the back of the house with a small playing house for children
EQUIPMENT:
Large plancha, 3m trampoline, Ping Pong table, extendable tables inside (2m*1.25m) and outside (2.75m*1m) for 8 people, 1 baby chair, 2 children chairs. Indoor and outdoor toys, umbrella bed.

Summary: What a wonderful place to stay! Caroline met us on the first day and was very friendly and helpful. Once she had showed us around she left us to explore the villa. We had a really relaxing and comfortable stay. There were lots of toys that the children had fun playing with when they weren’t in the pool. We had hours of fun in the pool. It’s a great size and although not heated this was not a problem. The weather was beautiful and the sound of the chicadas relaxing as we sat poolside. The villa is not far from a small village which we drove to each morning (approx 3 minutes) to get fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. There is a small Park in the village which the girls enjoyed. We also went to the little local pizza restaurant one evening for a meal which was lovely. The owners very friendly and thankfully spoke good English!! The villa is located so that many towns are accessible with a short drive. Montpellier is about 30 minutes away and a beautiful city to visit. We also made use of the zoo in Montpellier which apart from one part is free admission. The villa has a large supermarket with a wide range of goods only about 15 minutes away so after arriving we went to stock up and enjoyed the afternoon of the first day relaxing. Caroline is a great host and we would recommend people visit. She is available if needed but not at all intrusive and allows you to enjoy your holiday but reassured in the knowledge that if needed she is there to assist/deal with any issues. We had a fabulous time, thank you so much!! My mum especially loved the Finnish conversations!! Thanks for a wonderful family holiday and the many happy memories we have come away with.
