This oceanfront oasis, with 2.5 acres of oceanfront property provides two one bedroom duplex units, each with ocean and intercoastal views. The property is surrounded by a federally owned land on one side and State of Florida land on the other, providing a private beachfront of over 250 feet. The Government bought this land in the 1990's to safeguard the loggerhead turtle breeding grounds and world recognized researchers have booked into our apartments to study these wonderful creatures during breeding season.
The upper level 750 square foot apartment is painted in shades of blue in concert with the Atlantic Ocean kissed by the sun. It has a large, open concept living room with an exterior door that opens out onto large balcony with views of the ocean, a bedroom with queen size bed, efficiency kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove and bathroom with a shower. The apartment is approximately 2 miles from the famous Sebastian Inlet / State park which offers boating and kayak rental as well as a fun restaurant.
