Each floor has a bedroom and bath with two living room areas, there is plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy a stroll down the walking path to the Blue Gill Grill for dinner and live music on the weekends.

Summary: We stayed two nights while attending the Jack Daniels Invitational BBQ Competition. The home is conveniently located near Lynchburg yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We had a family group of three adult siblings and one of their husbands so the layout of one bedroom and one bath on each floor worked well for us. We also liked that all the bedrooms had king or queen beds. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen is well equipped if you do want to. Since it was a quick trip and most of our time was spent away from the home we didn't get to enjoy the screened deck with fireplace. The home is located on a street of many similar homes, so it would be perfect for a much larger group that could rent several homes adjacent. We would definitely consider coming back during the summer to enjoy the lake. The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with before we arrived.
