Situated within the original Manor House, Lakeview is one of 20 privately owned holiday cottages on the Colmer Estate.
Set in 28 acres of woodlands and lawns, the estate boasts excellent facilities for the exclusive use of Colmer guests. These extend to both indoor and outdoor heated pools, gym, tennis court, walled play garden for children, and a fishing lake.
Lakeview has recently been refurbished by the new owners and now offers two spacious bedrooms, bathroom with large walk in shower, open plan living space, an entrance hallway for outdoor clothing storage and a gloriously sunny south facing terrace.
A cozy haven in winter, and a true slice of Devon heaven in summer.
