Panoramic ocean views and only a few minimal steps away from the beautiful beaches of Juno Beach. Three (3) private outdoor spaces including an outdoor dining in a screened in porch with ocean views, front porch with luxury garden view and backyard living room with sectional under covered porch.
The home provides equipment for all kinds of fun. Plenty of beach chairs, bikes (with lights for night riding), coolers (soft and hard), beach toys, beach bags, beach cart, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear, balls, sand toys, indoor board and cards games and plenty of beach towels. Walking distance to Loggerhead Marine Life Center famous sea turtle hospital as well as dozens of restaurants and business all walkable to short bike or car ride. Steps to the beach where you can walk for miles in both directions.
The home is fully equipped with everything you will need for your perfect holiday or vacation with 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms as well as a bonus fully enclosed outdoor shower. Open floor plan with luxury kitchen with stainless Viking appliances, kitchen island, coffee bar (Keurig & drip), spacious living room with Smart TV as well as a bonus den with 65” Smart TV and space for games. There is even a TV on the outside screened in porch.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with all high end (Viking) stainless steel appliances, kitchen island, coffee bar with Keurig maker and coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, tea pot, stainless steel cookware, baking items, dishware (ceramic and melamine for outdoor), serving trays, cheeseboards, anything a gourmet chef would desire.
PRIMARY MASTER SUITE: King bed with high end mattress. Located on the second floor with a balcony and French doors. Huge master bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and a free standing luxury soaking tub and separate toilet. Smart TV in bedroom. All linens, extra pillows, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. provided for your luxury experience.
SECOND MASTER SUITE: King bed with memory foam mattress. Located on the first floor with nice size walk in closet and full ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower with multi shower heads. Smart TV in this bedroom. All linens, extra pillows, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. provided.
BUNK ROOM: Custom made bunk beds. One double bed (great daybed during the day) with a twin over top of the double and two twin beds on other side. Room also has a bonus trundle twin bed. (Total of 4 twin beds and one double bed). The steps up to the top bunks are also hidden "built in" drawers. There are nooks in the two lower beds that have shelves and plugs to keep electronics charged during the night.
BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms downstairs. One outside of bunk room and across the hall from the outdoor living room, that has a tub/shower comb, and one in the Second Master Suite (again a large walk in shower). There is a fully enclosed outdoor shower on this level as well on the side of the house that is completely private with very hot water. Upstairs there is a large half bath and the Primary Master Suite bathroom ( which has a huge multi showerhead & rain head shower and free standing soaking tub).
INDOOR LIVING: There is a large upstairs open living room and indoor dining room table that seats 8 comfortably and four additional stools at the kitchen island. The huge open living room comes with a 65" Smart TV and luxury coastal vibe that pulls the outside in. The spectacular views can been seen from almost every window in this room. The downstairs “bonus” living room is a great hang out room for kids or friends. This has a separate nook for kids to play games a sectional, 65" TV and all kinds of games both board and card.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Downstairs is an outdoor living room complete with a sectional couch and chairs with plenty of extra amenities including a ceiling fan, pillows, lanterns, etc. There is a stainless steel grill for your personal use during your stay with all of the accessories. Upstairs there is the screened in porch with another Smart TV, dining table with seating for 6 guests and gorgeous ocean views for alfresco dining.
THINGS TO DO/FOOD AND DRINK: Over a dozen places within walking and biking distance to over a dozen local favorite spots including the famous Loggerhead Marine Life Center, Juno Beach Pier as well as Kee Grill, Café Sole, Juno Beach Fish House, Juno Beach Café, Captain Charlies Reef Grill, Thirsty Turtle, Hurricane Café, County Line Pizza and Surf Taco. Several world class golf courses PGA National, Trump National, Breakers, etc.) all within a short drive. And less than one mile to Jupiter.
EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can. However, we can not grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability. Early Check In/Late Check out are subject to an additional fee.
CLEANING FEE: There is a one time check out cleaning fee that is included with your booking. Should you be staying for an extended period of time and would like additional cleanings we can arrange this and give you a cost in advance of your stay.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Cameras overlook all entrances and exits to the home. This is there for the security of the owner and guests.
CONCIERGE SERVICE: The owner is used to luxury and wants to provide the same luxury to its guests. Concierge service available for an additional fee and can be arranged in advance of your stay. These can include shopping in advance, drinks or food set up upon arrival, a beautiful charcuterie board or flowers for a special weekend. Please message the host if you are interested in any additional services after your booking.
