New house built in 2003. The house is located in Eastham near Campground Beach. Nearby are the Atlantic Ocean beaches Nauset and Coast Guard, bike trails, nature trails, the National Seashore Park, great restaurants, and the quaint towns of Orleans and Wellfleet for all your shopping needs. The new home has a deck and screened-in porch, is open light & airy, and is beautifully decorated. The house accommodates eight people with three queen beds & two twin beds. The house is located approximately two miles from our other Eastham house.

Summary: Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay here. We arrived to find that the outdoor appearance was not inviting, quite run-down looking siding with a very dirty front door. We came to find that not even toilet paper was provided (there was 1/2 a roll in one of the bathrooms from prior renters). The 4th “bedroom” was off the living room and kitchen and did not have doors or a closet; the noise/lack of privacy was not ideal. The bed in this room was broken. While Greg responded promptly via messaging. It did not get fixed for over 2 days later. The outdoor table had a thick layer of dirt and debris on it, deterring us from using it. The screened in porch was a great alternative however one section was broken so plastic was covering one panel, quite ugly. There was a keypad on the front door however no access to this; we were provided one key to the side door which made it hard to coordinate with the 6 adults staying there. Overall we were disappointed with the accommodations.
