Start the day off with a fresh cup of coffee on the wrap around deck while breathing in the fresh mountain air or bring along your furry friend and take a brisk walk around the quaint community. No matter the season there is plenty to do! In the Winter months pack your snow gear and head to the slopes for a full day of skiing and snowboarding; or grab your sleds and take the kids sledding around the neighborhood. On very cold days, don’t forget to check out the Deep Creek Fun Zone where you can spend the day playing arcade games or laser tag! In the Summer months rent a boat and go sailing across the lake, then dock the boat along one of the many different restaurants located on Route 219. ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access is located along Piney Point Dr. While this home does not come with dock access, dock slips are available to rent on a first come first serve basis through the Sky Valley Community Association for an additional fee of $25/day. Please note that this association only rents slips to those who privately own their boats. Rental boats are not allowed. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.
NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.
