This charming villa is uniquely located in the heart of Funchal. It offers magnificent views over the Municipal Gardens and is within walking distance of the city's main tourist attractions. Baltazar Dias Theatre, Funchal's Marina, Madeira Wine Cellar, São Lourenço Palace, Quinta Vigia, Sé do Funchal (Cathedral) and Mercado dos Lavradores (Local Market) are all just a few minutes away on foot.
The property, which features traditional Madeiran architecture, was completely rebuilt in 2019 to offer the most modern amenities to occupants: air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, flat screen, 4K LCD TV, etc.
Boasting a total area of 180 m2 distributed across three floors (ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor), the villa is spacious, bright and very comfortable. Connecting the different floors, there are two-flight stairs, each with six steps.
The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom (with a shower), living room and dining room and, last but not least, a fantastic terrace over the Municipal Gardens of Funchal.
The first floor consists of a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and an office, while the second floor features a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a beautiful balcony, and a walk-in closet.

HOUSE RULES:
- The second-floor bedroom is exclusive for parties of 3 or more guests. Smaller parties must pay an extra 25€/night (not included in the reservation price and payable during check-in) to use it.
- A 200€ damage deposit is required during checking, which will be fully returned at checkout as long as there are no damages inflicted to the property.
- Late arrivals (after 21:00) are possible but subject to the payment of a special 30€ fee during check-in.
