• For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $130. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $130/each.
• We do not provide an iron or ironing board, but we do have a hand steamer in the primary bathroom that you can use.
• One parking pass will be made available only if the prior guest booking remembers to return the pass. If the pass is available it will be located on the kitchen table. Otherwise, there is parking in the neighborhood but guests will be responsible for following city parking rules.
