Please be advised that although our pool cleaner diligently attends to maintenance every Monday and Friday, we do not have control over the weather. Leaves, bugs, sticks, and other debris may be blown into the pool between cleaning sessions. Rest assured, the pool is consistently sanitized and well-maintained, and the presence of these items should not impede your ability to enjoy the pool. In the event you encounter any such issues, we kindly ask you to use the pool skimmer for prompt cleaning.
House Rules:
- No pets allowed.
- Please remove muddy/wet shoes before entering the house.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you smoke, please do it outside and dispose of your cigarettes properly.
- On weekdays, please take out the trash to the curb on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- On weekdays, please take out recycling to the curb on Tuesdays.
- Cover all chairs, umbrella, and grill to protect them from rain.
- If you use outdoor games/pool toys, kindly return them to the pool bin before leaving.
- Do not touch the two bins on top of the concrete in the backyard; they belong to our cleaning supplies.
- If you plan to have a guest over during the day who is not included in the reservation, please confirm with me first.
- Remove lint from the dryer before using it.
- If you use the outdoor grill, please clean it with the provided tools before and after use, and cover it afterward.
- For safety and security, lock the doors at nighttime.
